Ideas that the Chinese government will take steps to stimulate their economy had shares there higher overnight. In an effort to combat a general, economic slowdown, the Chinese seem to be ready to relax limits on foreign investment.
Today is a very quiet day in terms of economic releases with just a Treasury Budget statement at 2 PM. Traders are looking for rebound in the EC to sell into.
