Back to work for most. Institute for Supply Management and Construction Spending at 10. Aussie rallied as their central bank left rates at extremely low levels and discussed future efforts at stimulus. Soybeans rallied on lack of rain.
Crude is slightly lower as The President went to congress and the senate to get backing for a military response to Syria.
