Oil finding little support from a fourth straight weekly decline in U.S. crude inventories as traders await news from major producers having talks in Algeria on potential limits on production levels.  Members of OPEC and other big oil producers plan to speak Wednesday on the sidelines of an energy forum in Algeria on ways to help stabilize prices the oil market.

Dollar sees little change.  The dollar strengthened modestly against the yen on Wednesday but was mostly unchanged against its major rivals as investors continued to await the outcine for interest rates and an upcoming meeting of major oil producing nations.
