Top Day Market News
The big event risk of the day will be the ECB rate meeting. The key will be the press conference held by Mario Draghi in the aftermath. Will there be the introduction of more aggressive quantitative easing? Many believe that the dollar is winning such favor lately is that it is the one central bank, the Fed, which can respond unilaterally to risk. That and the fact that interest rate differentials will favor the dollar through mid-2015. Crude oil attempted a relief rally yesterday but fell apart going into the close. The Yen will be sold into strength.
