Top Day Market News
Yesterday saw a 61.8% Fibonacci retracement from high to low. See chart. This was the fourth consecutive session and was based on earnings beats by 85% of those reporting and ECB Italian bond buys. There are real legal limitations as to what the ECB can do in the way of stimulus however and a major money manager came out with a sell rec in the EC. Treasuries were lower on improved home sales.
Where to now in the S+P? If 1939 is a good high then we retest 1893.
