A very slow news day. Traders are looking ahead to unemployment numbers coming out of Europe this week. Unemployment in the zone was at 12% in September. Italy is probably at 12.3 while Germany is half that. In the US, retail sales will be big this week as well as the Federal Open Market Committee meeting.
