Gold futures edged higher Wednesday, as bonds and the US dollar pull back. December Gold futures are up rose $4, or 0.3%, to $1,228.50 an ounce.
Drivers are positioned to pay the second-lowest Thanksgiving prices for gasoline since 2008. Prices are looking lower at the pump following recent declines in oil prices and the end of the autumn refinery maintenance season.
Natural-gas prices experience weekly loss of more than 5%. U.S. government report showed supplies of the fuel rose to a record last week.
