Fairly quiet morning as the market does some book squaring ahead of the holiday Thursday. European stocks are waiting around for the next chapter in the Greek bailout story. US stocks are supported by housing starts at a four year high while oil is under slight pressure as the market turns its focus form Middle East tension to supply/demand ratios.

The only eco release of the day was the housing starts/building permits data.
